Your information, handled right
Effective August 20, 2026. Plain language, because that is how we do everything.
What we collect
When you send our quote request form, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, city, project type, your message, and your email address if you choose to give it. If you call or email us instead, we have whatever you share with us then.
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages visited) for security and reliability. If we enable website analytics, it measures traffic in aggregate, such as which pages get visited; we use it to understand how the site is used, not to identify you.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, quote and perform work you ask us about, and run our business, such as sending you a quote, an invoice, or a receipt. That is it. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their marketing.
Who else touches it
The service providers that run our website and email handle data on our behalf: our website host, our email delivery service, and our database provider. They process it only to provide those services to us.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and job records as long as we need them to serve you and meet our legal and tax obligations, then they are deleted.
Your choices
Want to know what we have, correct it, or have it deleted? Ask. Email admin@timothyfosterconstruction.com or call (334) 863-8639 and we will take care of it.
Children
Our website and services are for homeowners and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
